We founded Kabudols PH with one goal in mind: giving our customers a fair, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience. We conduct business according to the same values, knowing that better service equals loyal customers. ORDERING

  • When ordering, please ensure that all the details provided are accurate and active. Most especially on the Twitter Usernames, Facebook names, Contact Number and emails as these were used to contact you in case of product unavailability and payment reminders.

  • We have the right to change prices of our products without prior notice. 

  •  If the ordered item is already sold-out, we also have the right to immediately cancel the GO. We can notify you thru our social media accounts and/or by contacting you thru email, contact number or Social Media Accounts provided.

PAYMENTS

  • If an order was made, please ensure to pay the exact amount on or before the DOP (Deadline of Payment). Failing to pay the amount due will automatically cancel your order.

  • Once payment is settled, you need to answer the "Proof of Payment Form" in order for us to acknowledged the payment. Strictly "No POP Form, No Payment"

  • Please upload a VALID proof of payment. It must contain: The amount paid, transaction reference number and time/date of transaction. Fake POPs will not be tolerated and we will automatically BAN you from ordering.

  • We only accept payments on the payment channels provided.

SHIPMENT

  • Once items arrived in the Philippines, an email will be sent to the customers. This includes links on the Combined Shipping Form. You need to fill-out this form in order for us to acknowledge what your orders were.

  • NO RUSH SHIPPING. Please give us time to sanitize and sort all of the orders. Given the current situation given by the pandemic, we also need to value the safety of our shipping team.

  • Once items are ready for shipping, we will update our WAYBILL MASTERLIST. You will see here your Waybill number and the Total shipping fee amount to be paid.

  • Our base price for Local Shipping Fee (LSF) is 150 pesos (NCR) and 180 pesos (Provincial). This is subject to change depending on the weight of your order.
